Day 66

Today is a day like any other.
You are eating your usual mid-day meal.
Your first bite is a teeth achingly hard crunch.
You spit out bones.

You keep spitting out bones.
Tiny, tiny bones.
Some are getting stuck in your throat.
In your airway.
Breathing becomes harder and harder as the bones build up.

They are moving further down now.
They are in your lungs.
You hack up bloody tissue and bones and bones and bones
and you can't cry for help.
All you can do is choke and despair as your vision fades to black
